All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to: info@visaandtravel.co.uk Cancellation requests are considered received only when acknowledged by our team.
Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. A deposit secures reservation space and administrative processing but does not guarantee pricing until final confirmation and payment.
Airline tickets are subject to the fare rules set by the airline. Many promotional, discounted, or special fares may be non-refundable and non-changeable. Where refunds are permitted, airline cancellation charges and administrative fees will apply. Refund eligibility is determined solely by the airline’s fare conditions.
Visa application fees, embassy fees, government charges, and service fees are non-refundable once processing has commenced. No refund will be provided for visa refusals, delays, administrative processing, or decisions made by embassies or immigration authorities.
Hotel cancellations are subject to the individual cancellation policies of the accommodation provider. Refunds, where available, will be processed after receiving confirmation from the hotel supplier. Certain bookings may be non-refundable.
Cancellation charges for Umrah and travel packages depend on the stage of booking and supplier commitments. Where flights, accommodation, transportation, or other services have already been purchased or confirmed, supplier cancellation charges will apply. Any remaining refundable balance will be returned after deducting applicable supplier charges and administrative costs.
Requests to change travel dates, passenger details, destinations, or other booking information may incur supplier amendment fees and administration charges. All amendments are subject to availability.
Where a refund is approved, processing times vary depending on airlines, hotels, embassies, payment providers, and suppliers. Refunds may take between 14 and 60 working days, although some suppliers may require longer processing periods.
Refunds will generally not be available where losses arise from:
Visa refusals
Missed flights
Failure to obtain required travel documents
No-shows
Customer changes of mind after supplier commitments have been made
Failure to comply with airline, hotel, immigration, or government requirements
